We are currently hiring a Service Desk Support team member to cover the U.S. Market, this is a remote role, full-time and includes checking the Service Desk Inbox over the weekend.
- First resolution point for North American clients
- Capture, validate, log and, prioritise service requests and issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
- Support our Customer Service team with resending digital vouchers, asking / providing Gift Card details, activating gift cards
- Help to contribute to the knowledge base articles to share knowledge.
- Support the team in developing and improve problem solving troubleshooting workflows
- Comfortable providing technical Support
- Will require access to sensitive data so VERY trustworthy
- Good at problem solving and very proactive in trying to solve problem
- eCommerce experience preferable
- Experience of CMS (i.e. shopify, wordpress, etc.) a must
- Happy to work independently
- Good at remote handovers
